Prior to starting Kerage, Karen worked with DMS for 9+ years. In her role as Senior Vice President, Karen served as a leader of leaders building operational efficiency. Karen graduated on the Dean’s List at Dalhousie University, in Nova Scotia, Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She continued her pursuit of education and personal growth through her past Project Management Professional designation, current Coaching Certification, and her leadership in Human Dynamics education.

SARA JAN

Sara is passionate about working with organisations and people that want to achieve their higher purpose. She helps by creating clarity around the objectives, building teams that work, and ultimately assisting in fitting the pieces of the puzzle together.  

The outcome of working with Sara is the creation of environments that allow people to be successful.

Sara was raised in Trinidad but ended up in Canada. After completing her Bachelors in Physical Education, she started her career as a competitive swim coach and was fortunate enough to work with talented athletes across Canada. For the next 15 years she was driven by the quest to understand ‘what factors create success?’

This quest lead her to her embark on her Masters in Business Administration after which she started her entrepreneurial journey by growing a small gelato factory in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As she achieved entrepreneurial success and looked at what she was doing along the way, she became more convinced that the same factors that create success with athletes were also the best formula for creating success in business.  

For the past ten years she has been bringing her passion for creating success to off-shore law firms by leading projects and teams that are implementing significant change to achieve aggressive growth, and managing the new opportunities that arise from that growth.

Sara currently lives in the Cayman Islands with her large extended family. When not designing new cocktails she enjoys swimming in the pristine Caribbean waters, meeting friends for dinner and being the loudest cheerleader at her nephew’s football games.

A life-long learner and entrepreneur, Travis is the driving force behind Market Force and a proud partner with Kerage. Travis has personally employed the value of Market Force’s Human Performance Technology to run his own businesses and coach hundreds of others. With his combination of real-time operations and business ownership experience, Travis has fine-tuned and champions the Market Force system to help our clients extract the maximum value through the integration of the program. Travis is proud to lead the product development and integration side of Market Force within Kerage as well as running many of our high-level, client engagements. Having lived, used, taught, and coached our principal practices for over 30 years, and with executive consulting experience in over 25 different industries, Travis is a highly sought-after presenter, coach, and trainer.

 

A competitor at heart, Travis is a four-time, nationally-ranked tennis player; a seven-time, nationally-ranked triathlete; and a 3-time Ironman Triathlon finisher. Travis earned undergraduate and graduate degrees (in law and business) from the University of Arizona, and currently lives in Tucson, AZ with his wife and their four children.

Tony has been immersed in the Market Force tools and concepts since 2002.  For nearly 20 years, he has been an award-winning leader and key contributor to a top-producing commercial real estate firm. His contributions have ranged from developing the company’s proprietary transaction management system, developing a media production practice, and building high-performance teams. He loves to navigate the gray areas in your business, increase the performance of your teams, and work to make the world a better place. 

Tony loves to travel and has a heart to serve others.  Since 2007, his contributions in leadership and media development are key to the rise of a private university in Ndola, Zambia.   Northrise University was founded in 2007 with an enrollment of 50 students.  Today Northrise University boasts over 1,000 students with a newly constructed Campus Center building that sits in the middle of 640 acres of land surrounded by student-run agriculture, dormitories, a medical facility, and classrooms.

Educated as an Mechanical Engineer at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada, he has always had an interest in how things work. As a student leader he developed programs for fellow engineering students, and lead regional campaigns to elevate the relationship Professional Engineers and the students who were studying to join their ranks.

Dustin has extensive international management experience in the Automotive and Energy sectors. As an Operations Manager of Automotive Factories and Chemical Storage & Distribution Facilities, his corporate experience allows for a deep understanding of the challenges faced by his clients in todays demanding business environment.

An adventurous spirit and passion for the water has driven Dustin to fantastic life experiences. As a Scuba Diving Instructor & Certified Underwater Welder he understands that clients have sprawling aspirations and diverse goals calling out to them. He will help you understand how to align your values and actions to  achieve the life of your dreams.

The ocean can be a place of peaceful & calm reflection and in an instant can shift to a raging tempest of energy. Dustin enjoys working with clients to to raise their awareness of their own energy levels. With awareness comes the ability for conscious choice of how to present yourself to the rest of the world. As a coach Dustin’s goal is to elevate your self awareness so you can consciously choose how to react to any of life’s infinite situations. 

The underwater environment is not a natural place for a human.
